About the role

As the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, building a strong team culture and ensuring every shift delivers the food, coffee, service and hospitality standards our guests expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching their team and creating a warm, consistent guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Team leadership, training, and culture
• Service execution and consistency
• Food cost management and supplier ordering
• Rostering and kitchen administration
• Maintaining premium food standards
• Collaborating with ownership and management on future growth
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in cafe/restaurant enviroment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience delivering high-volume, quality service
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong understanding of food costs and kitchen systems
• A natural leader who can mentor and inspire a team
