Barminco has successfully tendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Project located approximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia's Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia's highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth.
This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than 80% of the site's power requirements through renewable energy sources.
In this role, you will drive the delivery and continuous improvement of structured training and assessment at site level — ensuring workforce competence, compliance, and capability development are aligned with Barminco's Training Management Plan, Training Strategy, and client requirements.
About the Role
As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Trainer Site Operations professionals to join the HSE&T team on a full-time basis (8/6 FIFO Roster from Perth). Reporting to the HSE&T Superintendent, this role is integral to shaping workforce development outcomes by embedding standardised training practices, providing guidance to mentors, and contributing to a data-informed, safety-driven learning culture at the Bellevue Gold Mine.
Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
