ASE Test tests logic, mixed-signal, and memory ICs; performs wafer probing; and packages ICs for end users in the communications, automotive, and consumer electronics industries, among others. The company has long-standing alliances with semiconductor foundry giant Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) and with big chip packager Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE), which owns ASE Test.
