The company is seeking marketing approval for lead injectable candidate Imagify, an injectable drug designed to identify coronary artery disease. Additional candidates in Acusphere's pipeline included treatments for acute pain (AI-525), cancer (AI-850), and asthma (AI-128). However, the company sold AI-525 and AI-850 to Cephalon for about $30 million.
