Ambassador Programs Snapshot
Ambassador Programs people are people people. The group operates the People to People Student Ambassador Program, an invitation-only educational program for students from grade school to high school. The organization sends groups of students abroad to fulfill the Ambassador Programs mission set forth by President Dwight Eisenhower: "To promote peace through understanding." Ambassadors have traveled to countries in Asia, Europe, the South Pacific, and other regions around the world to promote cultural, political, and historical understanding between nations, potentially earning school credits.
