The company manufactures and distributes compound bows utilizing engineering and technology that would make Robin Hood bow. The company's bows incorporate aluminum alloys, binary or single cam systems, and a variety of finish options for use by hunters or archery enthusiasts. Products come in a variety of models and configurations appealing to archers at various levels of expertise. The company also produces archery products and crossbows through its Diamond Archery and Stryker divisions. Savage Sports acquired BowTech in 2008 but the company continues to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
