Breslin is a big fan of the big box. Breslin Realty Development has overseen the development of more than 30 big-box anchored shopping centers and other retail properties, primarily on Long Island. Its services include brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, asset management, and dispositions. Breslin is credited with bringing most of the nation's largest retailers, including Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and Sears, to Long Island. The company also develops residential properties, including garden-style condominiums and custom single-family homes. CEO Wilbur Breslin founded the company as a residential brokerage in 1953.
