The burger joints, found in the Dakotas and Minnesota, offer flame-broiled hamburgers and chicken sandwiches, along with barbecue rib sandwiches, fries, and a variety of other side items. The Burger Time chain was started in 1972. Company president Gary Copperud acquired control of the business from STEN Corporation in 2007.
