CSW Group specializes in XML content and information management systems. The company formed in 2001 to oversee its three subsidiaries -- CSW Informatics, CSW Health, and CSW Online. The group of companies develops content management software, Web portals and information gateways, integration Web services, and workflow and knowledge-based software, and it provides support, maintenance, and consultancy services. CSW's Case Notes product, designed specifically for use by the public sector, provides an information portal that creates a case-centered view of information. Customers include the BBC, United Nations, Jaguar Cars, the Royal Pharmaceutical Press, and Sweet & Maxwell.
