Launched in 2020, canibuild is a cloud based residential sales tool that aims to bridge the communication gap between clients, sales and construction teams to deliver buildable and aligned residential projects.
We’re a team of builders who also happen to know our tech pretty well.
Founder Timothy Cocaro is a builder by trade and also has a computer science degree. Likewise, co-founders Deepankur “Dee” Malhotra, Stella Cocaro and Shuvajeet “Nag” Nag all come from a construction background. This makes canibuild perfectly placed to understand the unique problems faced by builders. In fact, you’ll often hear us say about builders, “We’ve walked a mile in their shoes.”
