Description Cleveland Range has made a living by getting into hot water, or rather, by converting hot water to steam foodstuffs, for more than 80 years. The company designs and manufactures commercial steam cooking equipment, including convection steamers (SteamChef), "combi ovens" (Convotherm), steam-jacked kettles, gas rotisserie ovens, and chillers. Foodservice customers range from quick serve to casual restaurant chains, convenience stores, as well as hotels, hospitals, and universities. The company operates three manufacturing plants, each specializing in a product line, and a training center for recipe testing and product demonstrations. Founded in 1922, Cleveland Range is a subsidiary of Manitowoc Foodservice.
