Connect2Care is a national provider of allied health services for people with disabilities, registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We started our journey in May 2019 as a small team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in Melbourne. Since then, we have expanded our range of services and locations to meet the diverse needs of our clients across Australia.
We deliver mobile services in various community settings, such as homes, schools, and workplaces, as well as in-centre therapy at our metropolitan hubs in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth. We also offer Telehealth appointments for clients who prefer online consultations.
