Dynamic Mobile Data Systems puts the CB radio to shame. The company, founded in 1994, offers two-way wireless communications and GPS services to large and midsized companies with truck fleets. Its MobileServer and Mobile Application Suite give employees access to real-time data; the products support mobile dispatch, vehicle location, and communication with customers over a wireless wide-area network. Customers include Purolator Courier, distributor Sysco, and oil refiner Sunoco. Among its investors are Hudson Venture Partners, Argentum Group, and LibertyView Equity.
