    Pros

    - Interesting and unique work. Get to work in the game dev industry without the crazy hours.
    - Great culture and people.
    - Strong push towards newer infrastructure and standards, removing 10+ years of technical debt.
    - Nice views of the mountains, lots of rainbows.
