In 2018, Dynamic Owl was acquired by ESW Capital which has more than 100 enterprise software companies in over 45 countries. Initially, Dynamic Owl joined a Microsoft SharePoint focused portfolio, and as of July 2019, Dynamic Owl and its Bonzai product are now part of a larger suite of enterprise collaboration products under Aurea.
