FWMurphy's law has to do with keeping machinery under control. The company makes hundreds of products that monitor and control compressors, pumps, generators, engines, and other equipment. FWMurphy makes engine-driven equipment controls, gauges and industrial control systems for automotive, industrial, oil and gas production and transmission, irrigation and agriculture, and marine applications. The gauges can measure fluid level, pressure, temperature, and vibration. Its Control Systems & Services division (Texas) designs and fabricates control systems primarily for natural gas compressors. FWMurphy also has operations in the UK (Frank W. Murphy, Ltd.) and China (FW Murphy International Trading).
