Finatis finesses its way through a variety of activities. The French holding company has interests in commercial real estate, including the leasing of shopping malls in France and Poland, through a majority stake in Fonciere Euris. It is also involved in the distribution of food and sporting goods in France through retail giant Rallye, owner of Groupe Casinoand Groupe Go Sport, and food in South America through Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição. Through Euristates, Finatis has interests in US property investment funds. Groupe Euris, founded by president Jean-Charles Naouri, controls Finatis.
