Description Frontline wants to be out front when it's time to ship crude oil. The company operates about 80 tankers, primarily Suezmaxes and VLCCs (very large crude carriers). Operating primarily on short-term contracts, the company's VLCCs transport oil from the Middle East to the Far East, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, and the US. Its Suezmaxes are used mainly between the Atlantic Basin and the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Frontline also operates several oil/bulk/ore carriers (OBOs), which can be used for liquid or dry bulk cargo. Overall, the company's fleet has a capacity of about 19.4 million deadweight tons (DWT).
