Exciting things are happening at GK Machine, and we want to share some important news with you. Customer loyalty and increased demand for high-tech agricultural equipment have fueled continued growth, making the dream of a new facility a reality. The new location is just a couple hundred feet south of our current facility. As you may know, at GK Machine's current location, we've added onto the facility multiple times, creating a big L-shaped building. One of the main goals of a new facility is to create an efficient flow of manufacturing processes through the shop floor. The facility allows GK to locate administrative and engineering staff close to production. The parts counter and shipping department will be located near each other so that customers can quickly pick up parts and equipment. There are many more examples of how the new facility will be more efficient and how staff can quickly complete projects. The building design, permitting, and construction documents are being prepared now. As the design becomes finalized and we have a better idea of the timeline for moving, we plan to send out more updates to keep customers, employees, and the community informed of our plans....Show more
