Great Wraps Snapshot
Great Wraps operates a chain of quick-service restaurants that specialize in wrap-style sandwiches. The chain's menu features a variety of hot or cold sandwiches wrapped with either tortillas (available in different styles) or pita bread. Offerings include Buffalo Chicken, Philly Cheesesteak Wrap, and classic gyro sandwiches. In addition, Great Wraps serves traditional sandwiches made with ciabatta bread or hoagie buns. The company has more than 70 franchised outposts in Georgia and about 20 other states. Most locations are found in shopping mall food courts and other high-traffic locations. Former Coca-Cola executives Mark Kaplan and Bob Solomon started Great Wraps in 1989.
