The company, which buys startups or stakes in companies that it believes to have growth potential and provides cash and strategic advice, has sold its primary holding, Axiom Software, to members of its current and former management team. The company is currently seeking new investment or acquisition opportunities in the UK. Founded in 1994, Axiom is the designer of Discus, a behavioral profile program used mainly by human resource professionals. Harrogate will recapitalize with a share offering.
