ICOA installs and operates wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) hotspots in public areas such as airports, apartment buildings, and retail businesses across the US. Retail users have included such restaurants as Panera Bread and Panda Express. Airport clients, which are served through subsidiary ICOA Airport Networks, have included facilities in Fresno, California and Boise, Idaho. The company's iDockUSA subsidiary focuses on marinas while LinkSpot targets RV parks and outdoor recreation areas. All told, ICOA claims about 1,500 installations in 45 states. It also provides software called Tollbooth which is used to manage wireless network user authentication, billing, and customer service functions.
