Integrated Distribution Services Group wants to help owners of consumer products and health care brands sell their goods in the Asian market. IDS Group operates three divisions -- IDS Marketing, IDS Logistics, and IDS Manufacturing. The first sells and distributes products on behalf of brand owners, while the Logistics unit provides in-country and regional logistics services, and IDS Manufacturing produces branded goods under license. The group operates in Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. It provides distribution services to more than 300 companies, including L'Oréal and ECCO. Sourcing giant Li & Fung and affiliates own 45% of IDS Group.
