IN Compass Health, Inc. (ICH) contracts with hospitals to staff and manage their in-patient care, providing a team of Hospitalists, professional management and administrative support, including billing and reimbursement expertise and services. The Company’s policy is to provide 24-hour coverage at its client facilities with a team of on-site and on-call Hospitalists. As a result of this policy, physicians are available to provide continuous support to other areas of the hospital on an as-needed basis, particularly in the emergency room, where care of unassigned patients is needed.
