I have been working at IQPC full-time (More than a year)
- Fun and young working culture- perfect for a recent grad
- Variety of work in a producing role- always working on a new project/ topic, working with lots of different teams, variety of daily tasks with room for your creativity, and able to work in different locations including around Sydney and the chance to travel to Melbourne, Brisbane and NZ
- Pretty autonomous role- you don't get micromanaged
- with a variety of tasks comes a lot of competing priorities. You really need to be able to push yourself to do well
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IQPC (Sydney) in February 2016.
First interview is about yourself your experiences and your knowledge of IQPC and sales methods, then they ask you to prepare a project for your 2nd interview, which would be in a few days. You probably need about 2-3 hours to prepare. In your second interview you would be presenting your project and talk about how you found your leads etc.
Life in commercial events can be demanding, but one of the perks we love most about working at IQPC is the chance to rub shoulders with some truly inspiring people. Find out more in our recent blog post...
