Despite its name, Infiniti Solutions does not offer solutions for everything -- but it does offer a variety of services for semiconductor makers. With its high-volume test and assembly services, the company receives raw microchips, tests them, then assembles them into specialized packages that protect the chips' sensitive circuitry from harm. Besides these services, the company offers pre-production test services and other services, such as contract manufacturing and printed circuit board fabrication. Infiniti Solutions, founded in 2001, operates through two subsidiaries, US-based Viko Technology Inc. and Philippines-based ISPL (Phil.) Inc. 3i Group owns a third of Infiniti Solutions.
