Working across fixed line, mobile, cable, IP, and satellite networks, Intec's Inter-mediatE software figures out each company's share of the call, does the billing, and provides other services. Intec sells the software, but it also provides managed billing services directly to small telecoms. Clients have included VimpleCom, Cox Communications, and China Mobile. In 2010 Intec was acquired by CSG Systems for about $376 million.
