Integrated Asset Management (IAM) has no need for fancy names. The firm provides alternative asset management and brokerage services to wealthy individuals and institutional investors in Europe. IAM's subsidiaries and holdings include Integrated Financial Products, Integrated Alternative Investments, and Marex Financial. Through these entities, IAM invests in hedge funds, corporate debt, and other alternative assets; and offers brokerage for assets including commodities, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and equities. The group has offices in the UK, Italy, Switzerland, and France. Founded in 1997, IAM took itself private in late 2010.
