Created in 1992, The Isilog Group became a specialist in the development of professional software, in the field of IT Service Management and Quality Management. Today, over 80 collaborators work for The Isilog Group, and are located in Nantes (R&D Services) and Paris (Sales Services). The Isilog Group is composed of two different entities: ISILOG and ISIWARE. The Isilog Group uses its own solutions: IWS for the ITIL processes management and NORMEA for the Quality management system. Using these complementary solutions has led both ISILOG and ISIWARE to get ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 certifications. The Isilog Group differentiates from its competitors, offering a unique solution permitting administrations and big companies to manage their IT Services in respect of ITIL recommendations.
