Its operating companies include Lathams Limited (timber and panel importing), ATP Limited (specialist panels), Bausen Hardwood (hardwood and engineered flooring) and James Latham Gateshead (sheet material and specialist fabrication). The company has offices scattered across England. It also has a distribution center in Scotland. In 2011 James Latham acquired one of its vendors -- tropical hardwood importer and trader DLH UK Ltd. As part of this strategic purchase, James Latham intends to grow the business.
