The diversified fabric manufacturer operates through four divisions: decorative upholstery and wall coverings, industrial auto and bedding upholstery, and table/napkin linens and work wear. Its fourth division, TexTest, offers testing for product performance. JTI markets to automotive, as well as hospitality, office, health care, industrial, and institutional industries, worldwide. Brooks Brothers, Liz Claiborne, and Ellen Tracy are top customers. Commissioning services for art finishing and dying are available, too. JTI's sales, marketing, and design centers, and manufacturing facilities operate in Alabama. The company is held by investment firm Meriturn Partners.
