The full-service law firm is well versed in more than 40 practice areas spanning antitrust and health care to intellectual property and white-collar crime. With more than 600 attorneys, Katten also has represented sports franchises and athletes and has counted some of Hollywood's largest entertainment companies among its clients. Katten operates out of a half-dozen offices across the US; its London affiliate is Katten Muchin Rosenman Cornish. The firm was formed from the 2002 merger of Chicago law firm Katten Muchin Zavis with the New York firm Rosenman & Colin.
