Your home is your castle and every castle needs a moat. Holding company, Keepmoat plc, controls a group of companies engaged in building homes (not necessarily castles). Projects include regenerating older homes and neighborhoods, as well as building new houses. Subsidiaries (Keepmoat Homes, Bramall Construction, and Frank Haslam Milan) refurbish more than 40,000 homes a year in the UK, working with local authorities, housing associations, and other social landlords to provide affordable housing. Keepmoat Homes Limited is the group's primary private house building unit. Keepmoat is merging with fellow social housing business Apollo Group.
