Lloyds TSB Development Capital (LDC) is an investment firm that targets midsized UK-based companies with revenues of at least £5 million. The firm typically invests between £2 million and £100 million per transaction and often holds its investments long term. LDC, which manages a portfolio that contains about 60 active investments, prefers management buyouts, institutional buyouts, and development capital transactions.
