Mace Security International (MSI) aims to secure your person and your property. The firm makes a variety of security products, including electronic surveillance and access control products, cameras, monitors, alarms, and Kindergard brand childproof locks. It also sells Mace brand defense sprays for consumers and law enforcement officers, as well as tear gas and animal repellents. While security products account for two-thirds of sales, MSI also operates an e-commerce division that sells its own products and those of third parties. MSI is exiting the car wash business, which at its peak operated some 60 car and truck washes, to focus on its security and e-commerce activities. MSI was founded in 1993.
