Mindready Solutions doesn't have to cram for any tests. The company designs and builds testing, automation, and embedded communications systems for customers in the automotive, defense, and electronics manufacturing industries, among others. Mindready's products include software used in optical alignment and laser welding systems, board-level electronic components, and testing equipment. The company's client list includes Alcatel-Lucent, Boeing, Hewlett-Packard, Northrop Grumman, and Visteon. In early 2008 Mindready filed for protection from creditors under Canada's Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
