Founded in 2007, NextPage provides software that allows companies to track, manage, and retain documents and data throughout their business. Customers use its products for compliance and information risk management and to manage the ediscovery process for litigation readiness. NextPage was acquired in 2012 by Proofpoint; its Digital Thread technology was used by the new parent to create a new enterprise governance product.
