The company specializes in finding and managing information for use in the legal process. It offers conversion, storage, and retrieval services for files and documents. ONSITE³ also creates and maintains litigation databases and files. In 2009 the company announced that it plans to be acquired by Integreon, a knowledge and legal process outsourcer, after filing for Chapter 11 reorganization.
