Vladimir Jones serves both regional and national accounts, working with such clients as American Heart Association, Colorado PGA, Don King Productions, and the US Golf Association Foundation. The firm was founded in 1970 as Public Relations and Advertising Company (PRACO) by husband and wife team Jim and Nechie Hall. In mid-2008, it rebranded itself under the more provocative name Vladimir Jones. No such person exists with the name.
