The PTC Suite, built around Microsoft's .NET framework, includes tools for alerts management, job scheduling, message management, performance monitoring, and service-level management. PTC Software also offers consultancy, installation, support, and training services. Customers include Borg Warner, Liverpool City Council, and National Irish Bank. PTC was founded in 1983 as Phoenix Training & Consultancy (hence PTC). The company was acquired by Civica in 2010.
