Description Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) contracts with the US government to perform various support services such as aircraft maintenance, air field management, air traffic control, vehicle operations and maintenance, base supply, and furnishings management. Most of PMI's contracts are with the US Army and US Air Force. The firm has worked at several US military bases including Andrews Air Force Base, Fort Rucker, and Vandenberg Air Force Base. PMI also has performed commercial airport passenger processing services at the Los Angeles International Airport. Chairman and president Marjorie Strickland founded the woman-owned company in 1992.
