PinnacleHealth helps central Pennsylvanians reach the peaks of wellness. PinnacleHealth System provides a continuum of care through its three hospitals that have a combined total of about 600 beds. Together, Community General Hospital, Harrisburg Hospital, and the Helen M. Simpson Rehab Hospital provide general and specialty services in areas such as oncology, cardiovascular medicine, neurology, women's health, and orthopedics. PinnacleHealth is also home to a network of community health, diagnostic, ambulatory surgery, and outpatient centers. Additionally the system administers home care and hospice care programs. PinnacleHealth traces its roots back 130 years to its beginnings as Harrisburg Hospital.
