Courteous to its customers and delivering the ties that bind, Porteous Fastener Company (PFC) distributes more than 40,000 different types of fasteners from 16 locations across the US; it also has a warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. The company touts itself as the nation's largest privately held master distributor and importer of fasteners, and combines a diverse range of products (various anchor products, bolts, nuts, screws, threaded rods, and washers) with a range of packaging options (from standard quarter cartons, to farm box and small box packaging, to customized plastic bagging). The company's mill division is located in Taiwan. Porteous Fastener was founded by Bud Porteous in 1966.
