The company provides more than 15 million annual CD, print, and Web-based assessment tests and applications that match candidates to appropriate jobs. It designs pre-employment and employee personality and aptitude tests in more than 30 different languages for a wide range of industries. Its Personnel Decisions Research Institutes (PDRI) subsidiary provides human capital strategy and performance management research, while Brainbench specializes in measuring and screening techniques. SHLPreVisor was formed in early 2011, when the former PreVisor was acquired by and merged into SHL Group, a talent assessment firm based in the UK.
