Priva provides another layer of protection. The company makes waterproof textiles used primarily for beds (such as mattress pads for babies and toddlers, waterproof sheet protectors, and bibs). Priva also makes other incontinence products and table pads and oil cloths. Med-I-Pant, a provider of bedding products to the health care industry, owns a majority stake in Priva.
