Description Rocky Rococo operates a chain of pizza franchises with about 40 restaurants located primarily in Wisconsin. The eateries are known for their deep dish pizzas, but they also serve thin crust pies along with pasta, salads, and soup. In addition to the Badger state, Rocky Rococo restaurants can be found in Kentucky, Minnesota, and Washington. Partners Wayne Mosley and Roger Brown started the chain in 1974. Company president Tom Hester, a turnaround specialist who came in to revive the chain, led a group of investors that bought Rocky Rococo in 1987.
