Its in-house teams use carpentry, concrete, masonry, ironwork, and sheet metal to build commercial and residential structures throughout the Midwest. Ruscilli also erects structural steel fixtures, provides real estate brokerage services, and is a commercial and industrial developer. Its Real Estate Services division operates in the commercial and industrial sectors. Clients include Ohio State University, Marriott, and Skybus Airlines. The family-owned company is headed by president and CEO L. Jack Ruscilli, a third-generation family member. Louis Ruscilli Jr. began the firm in 1945.
