SAF-HOLLAND SE is the largest independent listed supplier to the commercial vehicle market in Europe and is present in most of the world’s markets. The merger of two regional champions – SAF in Europe and Holland in the USA – in December 2006 was the joint step into international growth markets for both companies. Today, the Group is one of the few suppliers in the truck and trailer industry that is internationally-positioned in most markets worldwide. With sales of approximately EUR 1.3 billion in 2019 and approximately 3,500 employees, the company is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of chassis-related systems and components primarily for trailers and semi-trailers, as well as for trucks and buses. The Group currently is active on six continents.
