Simons Group says it designs and builds industrial and commercial buildings in the UK. Its Simons Construction unit, along with subsidiary Wrights Construction, builds distribution centers, hospitals, schools, retail and leisure spaces, and offices, as well as providing engineering services to customers. The group handles its property investment business through Simons Estates. Simons Design operates as its architecture and design division. Chairman and CEO Paul Hodgkinson and his brother, Philip, own the group.
