Solitaire Property Management specializes in residential properties throughout the UK; Pembertons Residential manages blocks of apartments in Central London. The company manages some 33,000 apartment units throughout the UK. Solitaire Group was acquired by investor Vincent Tchenguiz in 2006 for more than £42 million.
